If you have questions concerning therapy, mentorship, or to schedule a therapy appointment, be aware that due to the high volume of interest, it is difficult for me to respond to all phone inquiries at this time, instead please email my office. Include a message with your contact information and reason for your inquiry for me to get back to you. Please keep in mind that availanility is limited at this time. I’d be happy to add you to a waiting list or connect you with another mental health professional if waiting is not an option or my openings do not align with your schedule.

• My intakes are only held on Mondays due to the extended length of time together in session.
• I do not accept insurance but offer a super bill at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance provider.
• I offer a sliding scale to those who qualify. 
• I only offer talk therapy, mentorship, or case consultations* (for mental health professionals only*).
• Best way to reach me is via email to discuss new cases, questions, or to schedule your appointment. I get back to all inquiries within 24hrs excluding weekends.
