Everyday is a Good Day to Move Your Body

⁣⁣”I want to loose weight.”

“I should really work out more.”

“I hate the gym…”

Sound familiar?

I find myself less concerned with the “traditional working out” mindset and more interested in moving bodies. Especially with my clients.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
When I asked, “Do you work out?” I’ll be honest, it didn’t inspire my clients to open up and be honest about their healthcare. Instead, it shut down the conversation. There’s so much embedded in “working out” that people limit all the ways they DO move their body and stay healthy.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Working out isn’t just at the gym, as many would lead you to believe (thanks capitalism, you pig). It can be walking around, hanging around the house cleaning, doing things from YouTube (like doing yoga with my gal @colechanceyoga like I do!)—it can be anything that gets the heart pumping and the blood flowing. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Anything that inspires you to MOVE works in my book because it’ll be something you’ll go back to and find enjoyment in. That’s the key. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
If you hate running why are you doing it? If you hate the gym, why are you there? 🧐⠀⠀
⠀⠀
So, tell me, do you like to move?
