Love is…

Love can be many things, but through my work as a couples and relationship Therapist, I’ve narrowed it down to three areas: commitment, action, and feeling.

🌟commitment: how much work are you willing to put into it? What does commitment look like to you? Are you looking for the same thing as your partner(s)?

🌟action: love is a verb. You gotta put forth effort to show up and show out for yourself and for the ones you love.

🌟feeling: who doesn’t love falling in love? It’s one of the best feelings in the world. Some say it fades, I say with work and effort, it can remain burning bright. And what a great gift that can be!
