Staring Therapy

Congratulations! How exciting and what an amazing gift you’re giving yourself 🖤🖤🖤

Talk with your therapist, they might have documents for you to fill out beforehand. Or might need you to know how to enter the office (we still have Covid procedures in place at the office).

Things to consider:
🌟Do you journal? Bring it in if you think it would help organize your thoughts for the initial meeting.
🌟Have a good think on your goals for therapy.
🌟Bring a beverage—coffee, tea, water, whatever! You’ll be doing a lot of talking initially, so might as well have something tasty with you. Bonus: #selfcare!
🌟Jot down questions you may have for your therapist!
