Relationships take a lot of work, effort, and energy. I’d be the worlds worst therapist if I thought otherwise.

When I work with couples, heck even some individuals, they always push back and tell me love should be easy. Oh yeah, it should, but alas it’s not.
⁣
In order for it to feel easy or hey even look easy, here are a few things to keep in mind:

🌟Compatibility: what do you have in common? What can you live with or not?
⁣
🌟How you show and receive love—can your partner understands your needs and act accordingly?
⁣
🌟Communication. Estas hablando la misma idioma?
⁣
🌟 Is it fun? If you’re not having fun, what are you doing?
⁣
